Interested in outdoor fitness & bootcamp training? Bootcamp Team provides training options in several Dutch cities. Below you will find a part of our information translated into English.

What is Boot Camp?

Boot Camp is a form of physical exercise which takes place out-of-doors in a group and is supervised by an experienced trainer. If you don’t fancy being stuck inside in a gym, but would like to be fit, strong, supple and toned and prefer exercising in the open air, then Bootcamp is the thing for you! The Bootcamp Team training sessions consist of running, interval training and fitness exercises amongst other things. It is an ideal work-out to make you feel strong, toned, slim and energized and takes place the challenging surroundings of beach, woods, park or dunes.

Free Trial Session

Are you interested in boot camp and Bootcamp Team? Please try a trial training session for free (Gratis proefles). Fill out this form GRATIS PROEFLES (form in Dutch).


After the trial session every participant automatically receives an email with an introductory offer. Click the link ‘Koop nu’ (in drop down menu of ‘Mijn Bootcamp Team’ after logging in) to select either credits (strippenkaart) or a membership (lidmaatschap) using the offer in the email. Please contact us if you cannot pay online with iDeal so we can offer you others means of payment. Contact us at welkom@bootcampteam.com if you did not recieve the email with the introductory offer or would like an English translation.

Credits or membership

You can either pay for your Bootcamp Team training sessions with credits (strippen) or purchase a Success or Week membership (succes or week lidmaatschap). With the credits you pay per session. With a membership you pay a fixed amount every month which either entitles you to unlimited sessions (succes lidmaatschap) or just one session a week (week lidmaatschap)

Registering for a training session

After logging in and choosing your session (‘Training reserveren’ in drop down menu of ‘Mijn Bootcamp Team’), you register by clicking the ‘Meedoen’ button of the selected training session. You can register up until one hour before the session.

Cancelling a training session

If you have registered for a training session but are unexpectedly detained, you can cancel up to three hours before the sessions starts. Log in and click ‘Mijn Trainingen’ in the ‘Mijn Bootcamp Team’ drop down menu. To cancel click the ‘Afmelden’ button of the training session concerned.
